Lean Meat, especially Ahi Tuna, is one of the tastiest, healthiest foods that you can eat. You want it charred on the outside, with a nice garlic and peppery crust, but still red and cool on the inside. Here is a 3-minute demonstration of how to cook that perfect Tuna Steak!
Experience, Talent, and the Chef's Touch are all necessary to get that Tuna just like you want it. Use a very, very hot Iron Pan. Cook with Gas! Use enough Extra Virgin Olive Oil, or Grapeseed or Avocado Oil to coat the bottom of the Iron Pan thoroughly. Be Liberal with the Spices (except take it easy on the Red Chili; you don't want to overwhelm the taste of the Tuna).
