Happy First Day of Fall! 2011 Autumnal Equinox occurs Friday September 23 at 5:04AM Eastern Time

"Equal Night" - The Autumnal Equinox occurs very early tomorrow morning, when the Sun appears to cross the Equator.  There will be 12 hours of light, and 12 hours of dark.  Speaking in Layman's terms, tomorrow is the First Day of Fall!
